Complete 3,000 L pilot-scale bioreactor installation, fully skid-mounted and integrated on a stainless-steel frame.

The complete system is built as an integrated stainless-steel skid installation, including the process vessel, pumps, piping, valves, instrumentation, control system and auxiliary equipment. The skid is equipped with a platform and access stairs.

The installation is highly suitable for testing, developing and optimising fermentation processes on a pilot scale.

The current installation is not designed as an aseptic system. However, the existing process vessel can be replaced with a suitable aseptic vessel, making it possible to adapt the installation for aseptic fermentation applications.
