Algemene omschrijving/ General description
Kanaalbalenpers uitgevoerd met verticale voorperskleppen, automatisch afbindsysteem en hydraulisch werkend perskanaal voor volautomatische productie van balen met een kracht van 126 ton! .

De verticale voorperskleppen in de vulopening van de pers sluiten gelijktijdig waardoor een gesloten perskanaal ontstaat. Dit resulteert in de productie van optimaal zware homogene balen zonder dat afsnijden hierbij noodzakelijk is. De kleppen zijn zodanig geconstrueerd, dat de optredende krachten goed opgevangen worden. De voorste klep is kleiner in relatie tot de vrachtverdeling en is voorzien van een vertanding waardoor materiaal tussen de kleppen kan worden afgesneden. De achterste klep is voorzien van een hydraulische uitwijkmechanisme en een anti- blokkeerschakeling, zodat ingrijpen tot een minimum wordt beperkt. Hierdoor kunnen ook moeilijk te persen materialen goed verwerkt worden.

De pers is uitermate geschikt voor het verwerken van papier, karton, plastic folie, harde kunststoffen, big bags en andere recyclebare materialen. De persram is uitgevoerd met een vertanding, wat het verwerken van zeer expansieve materialen vergemakkelijkt. Bovendien zorgen diverse besturingsmogelijkheden voor optimale persresultaten, met zware, goed gevormde en goed stapelbare balen tot gevolg. De machine is conform de CE machinerichtlijnen uitgevoerd.

General description
Channel baler equipped with vertical pre-compression valves, an automatic tie-down system, and a hydraulically operated compression channel for fully automatic bale production with a force of 126 tons!

The vertical pre-compression valves in the baler's feeding opening close simultaneously, creating a closed compression channel. This results in the production of optimally heavy, homogeneous bales without the need for cutting. The valves are constructed in such a way that the forces acting upon them are effectively absorbed. The front valve is smaller in relation to the load distribution and is equipped with teeth that allow material to be cut between the valves. The rear valve is equipped with a hydraulic escape mechanism and an anti-blocking switch, so that intervention is kept to a minimum. This allows even difficult-to-compress materials to be processed effectively.

The baler is extremely suitable for processing paper, cardboard, plastic film, hard plastics, big bags, and other recyclable materials. The press ram is equipped with teeth, which facilitates the processing of very expansive materials. Furthermore, various control options ensure optimal pressing results, resulting in heavy, well-formed, and easily stackable bales. The machine is manufactured in accordance with the CE Machinery Directives.

The baler is available excluding the conveyor belt and roller platform. Disassembly is at the buyer's risk and expense. Availability subject to consultation.
