Automatic machine to fill and seal bags with liquid.
Originally used for filling and sealing aseptic the infusionbags.

Five nozzle filling machine.

Operation is as following:
1st station - to place the bag manually into the starwheel
2nd station - is cutting the fillingpipe-opening open, sucking away the cutted part in a separate container by vacuum
3th station - start filling
4th station - continue filling
5th station - continue filling
6th station - continue filling
7th station - continu and finish filling
8th station - sealing the filling-openingpipe
9th station - ejecting the filled bag.

The filling is done by overpressure on a central feeding pipe and the filling stations are equiped with siray valves that close a silicone fillingtube (so no moving parts in contact with the liquid which is easy for cleaning and for validation).
On the control panel you can ajust every filling station by timer in milli-seconds filling time.
The filling volume can be adjusted from 100 until 3000 ml.

The machine is executed completely in stainless steel 316 for pharmaceutical production and is placed on wheels. The machines are technical very simpel and easy to maintain and are very compact (less then 1 square metre)
