Mini Pilot plant for Margarine – Shortening – Puff Pastry and other products that require mixing and cooling. A complete mini laboratory plant for research and development.

2 Tanks 5ltr for Water and Fatt Phase ingredients.
1 Buffer tank 20 liter.
High pressure pump up to: 75bar
3 Crysalisation cylinder named: A1+A2+A3
2 Pinmixers named: C75 + C150

The above-mentioned units can be positioned in any possible way for instand A1-A2-B or A1-C75-A2-A3-C150 by switching pre-assembled hp piping.
The Crystallizer cylinders, scraped surface heat exchanger (SSHE) are cooled by direct evaporation of a integrated Freon cooling compressor.
The tubes have a Ø 30 mm, length 80 mm, the rotor is equipped with 2 scrapers giving a Surface per tube 0,113 m²
After each unit there is a temperature sensor.
The capacity is variable adjustable up to 50 liter per hour.

Cooling system made by GEA with integrated compressor and water cooled condenser.
There are 3 in depended cooling circuits (for each crystaliser).

The tanks are double jacked with an agitator and temperature sensors.
The whole unit is built on frame and mobile.
The controls are integrated and tested a HMI touch screen Control screen with ‘SpecView Inc' software and the controllers are of RKC systems.
The unit can be controlled from the HMI by simply start and stop the items but also a recipe can be made for the controls of the motors speed, temperatures and valves.
All motors are on Frequency converter Siemens micromasters and 1 x Danfoss.

An integrated CIP system, with CIP circulation and CIP concentrate hose dosing pump.
