The machine was completely disassembled, thoroughly cleaned, geometrically overhauled, repainted, and then professionally reassembled. The machine geometry was checked according to DIN 8605 and documented in an inspection report.
As part of the partial overhaul, all machine functions were checked, and the gib strips were inspected and readjusted.
In addition, the machine was extensively modernized and its safety features were upgraded:

- new 3-axis digital display
- new spindle guard with micro-switch
